Safety Report (for PAC meeting, resident council, family council)

BEFORE MEETING

  1. Generate Safety Report “Prep Copy” from dashboard view

DURING MEETING

  1. Discuss in group meeting - complete 4 questions in “Final Copy”

SHARING

  1. Report is stored automatically in Insights Pro & share as needed.

  • Choose filters: eg. custom date range for a quarter

  • Click FIND MEDICATION SAFETY EVENTS

  • To add details of specific events for discussion check left box next to ID

  • Generate report

  • Name report eg. PAC meeting Q1 2023 Prep Copy

  • Answer questions OR Bypass questions so you can complete during the meeting. Add a placeholder in each question. Eg. “.”

  • Notify meeting attendees to view prior to meeting via Insights Pro access

  • As a group download the “prep copy” from Insights Pro table & review incidents stats in the table summary on your screen

  • Review event details OR access the whole event summary via the case table and share electronically during the meeting.

  • Regenerate a new Safety Report with the same date range etc.

  • Name report as Final Copy or Completed eg. PAC meeting Q1 2023 Completed

  • Answer the 4 questions as a group.

  • Click DOWNLOAD and your report will be stored in the Insights table

  • A copy of the report with table summary and answers to the 4 questions remains in Insights Pro : Safety Reports archive

  • Access quickly if needed for Ministry inspections

  • Available to share with staff, resident or family councils by printing PDF
