All Pharmacy Assessment System records are stored on the Pharmapod platform and can be accessed at any time.
To access a previously documented assessment, click on "Pharmacy Assessment System", and then click on the drop-down arrow beside the calendar symbol.
Select the period of time you wish to obtain recorded assessments from e.g. 2018, 2019 or 2020.
