To download Patient Safety Reports as a Word document, first, go to the Analytics Module by clicking the Analytics tab located on the left menu bar.
Now, go to the Safety Reports section by clicking the tab on the top menu bar. You can download a specific report identified by Report ID. Click the download icon to generate a report.
You can also download a safety report by pharmacy. In this case, the report will contain data on all incidents that occurred in that pharmacy. Click the 'By Pharmacy' tab and click download.
The report will resemble the example below.
