You must be the admin of your account to assign yourself or other members of staff access to a facility.
If you are not the admin of your account, you will need to contact the admin and advise them to follow the instructions below in order to gain user access.

Click on the settings tab located at the bottom of the left-side menu bar.ย
Find the user you would like to assign the facility to by scrolling the list or by just typing the name into the search bar.ย
Click on the users name in blue font.
Facility Assigned
Select the relevant facilities on the left-hand side, select "Add Selected", and Ok.
