Bulk add users using Excel .csv files
Administrators can now bulk-add and assign new users, as well as manage existing users.
Under Settings (left-hand side), select Users. On the far right-hand side of the Users page, click Assign Users to Facilities.

A: User - Facility Assignment
Download Template:
Add New Users: Select Blank Template.
Fill in the following details:
User's Login ID (which they will be set up with on Pharmapod)
Facility Name (store they are assigned to, which needs to match its name on Pharmapod)
Default (is this store their default store? yes/no answer)
Overwrite (can be left as “no”, unless the default facility assignment needs to be overridden).
Once completed, save the file as a .csv.
Update Existing Users: Select Current Assignment Template.
Update details as needed
Once completed, save the file as a .csv.
Upload Completed File: Upload your completed .csv from step 1. Once verified with no errors (e.g., spelling of facility name must match what's on Pharmapod, the file is importable, and users can be set up).
Confirm & Import: Once selected, new users are set up, these can be verified after import via Settings, and Users, and you can then assign relevant module access by editing their details and setting an access role.
Blank Template: empty fields to add new user information
Current Assignment Template: includes current user information
(Newly set up user with details to modify such as access and position.)
Settings, Users, Click on the user’s name in blue font
Click on User’s “Basic Information”
Click Next to “Employment Type” edit the “Default Access Role” dropdown to assign relevant access.
