  1. Medication Safety Events (Takes the user to the displayed dashboard, see “Pharmapod Event Management 1 - Reporting an event” for more details)

  2. Procedures (Where you can view and manage Standard Operating Procedures)

  4. Patients (Patient/Resident information related to previously reported events)

  5. Data Warehouse (Aggregate reports compared to your province/county, etc.)

  6. Insights Pro (see “Insights Pro: Aggregate Reporting and Analytics”)

  7. Assessments (A Safety Self-Assessment is a proactive tool that pharmacy teams use to evaluate their daily operations, identify potential risks, and uncover opportunities to reduce medication errors)

  8. Settings (Manage Users/Staff list and facilities (store) details, e.g., address, etc.)

  9. System Configuration (Administrative module, where you can manage dropdown options and closure rules, similar to Form Settings)

  10. Form Settings (Administrative module, manage notifications, closure rules, form options)

  11. CQI Meetings (CQI Meetings feature, periodic meetings e.g., once a month or quarter, outlining events for a given period along with lessons learned and subsequent actions)

  12. Search (Search events by date reported/event ID number, details in form, etc.)

B. Event reporting options

  1. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Form assistant is a feature that uses AI to speed up the process of submitting event reports.

  2. “Incidents” are defined as medication safety events wherein the product has reached the patient

  3. “Good catches” are defined as medication safety events wherein the product has not reached the patient, and the error was caught by the facility staff.

C. User and Location Information

  1. Profile: Can take you to Profile Set up, Language and Log out

  2. Switching Facilities: Your current facility is displayed in the dropdown box. To switch facilities, select an alternative from the list. Note that facility access is dependent on what facility access is granted to you. While you may have access to multiple facilities, the system only supports access to one at a time.
