Pharmapod Q4 release notes

The following document highlights the enhancements included in the Pharmapod Q4 release.

This release will be available in your Production environment as of November 18, 2025.

Incident reporting module redesign

To ensure a more structured, intuitive, and user-friendly reporting experience, we have updated the visual look and feel of the Incident reporting module. Previously complex forms have been broken down into clear, manageable steps, improving the overall process. These updates include:

  • A clear progress tracker on the left-hand side of all form sections, outlining the section you are on and the upcoming sections. When all required fields have been completed in a section, it will be marked as Done. The section will highlight green when completed.

  • Navigation is more flexible, as you can now jump to any section by clicking on it.

  • An auto-save feature now saves any progress made as a draft automatically as you work through a form.

  • A fixed action bar now remains visible at the bottom of the form, so you have access to the Save as Draft, Next, Previous, and Submit buttons wherever you are.

  • To ensure data accuracy, the Submit button remains disabled until all mandatory fields are complete.

  • Real-time validation highlights incomplete sections in orange (Pending) and missed fields in red.

  • To prevent data loss, if you try to leave the form, a pop-up will display providing the following options: Continue Editing, Save as Draft, or Discard Draft.

  • Users (with the required access level) can continue to change the Form Type or Facility (to which they are assigned). While the event is in Edit mode, click Change > Change Form Details. Then, change the Facility or Form type.

Note: This new design is now the standard for the Incident reporting module. However, organization administrators have the ability to revert to the non-sectioned form. To do so, on the Form settings module, locate the form you would like to change, and toggle the “New Layout (Card UI) to OFF.

My Profile redesign

To make managing your account settings easier and more intuitive, we have completely redesigned the profile management page. We have replaced the previously nested menus with a single, consolidated page. When you click your profile icon, you will be taken to a new My Profile area. The new layout features a new header card that displays your profile picture, name, role, and facility. It also includes a clear vertical navigation menu with all your settings.

The profile management page contains the following tabs:

  • Change Photo: Update your photo by clicking the photo circle and uploading your personal photo, personalizing your account and experience in the program.

  • Account Settings: Update your personal details like name, license number, and contact information. You can also update your profile picture by clicking the image circle in the header.

  • Change Password: Update your password with a helpful visual checklist for requirements.

  • Notification Settings: Toggle your preferences for Daily Summary and Case Assignment emails.

  • Help & Support: Submit a request form to our support team. Also displays our direct contact number and support email.

Improved Integrations table load times

For an improved user experience, we have improved Integrations table load times. This includes:

  • Reducing previous table load times by more than 50%.

  • A “loading” indicator now displays when tables are fetching data.

  • Removed unnecessary table refreshes (ex., when a user clicks a Failed Reason or Warnings link and then clicks cancel, the page is no longer refreshed).

Improved Insights Pro Performance

For an improved user experience, we have optimized load times in Insights Pro. This includes:

  • Reducing Insights Pro table load times by more than 50%.

  • Reducing the Export Data load times by more than 50%
